My master doc has one header on page 1, and a second header that appears on the rest of the pages. I have a sub doc on page 2, and two more sub docs at the end.
When I add the header to page 1 again, then collapse the sub docs (because that's how the document is save and stored), and finally expand the sub docs (to test what someone will see when they open it for printing/conversion to other formats), the header is not there.
Has anyone else experienced this?
