MS Narrator on Vista

MS Narrator starts up every time I re-start Windows Vista. Does anyone know how to stop it from starting up?

Yeah, I found that link during my search as well. It looks like a great solution for XP users, but I'm using Vista Ultimate. And as per my question, how do you stop it in Vista? The utility window is set up completely different and doesn't give you the opportunity to Stop narrator.
