Is there any way I can get a CSV file with a list of e-mail messages from a specific mailbox (which I also have Full Access delegation) in addition to a total size column?
We have a document we give to users that shows them how to setup a Search Folder to show messages that are 1 MB or greater in their size so that they can easily select all of those messages and delete them. All e-mail messages are already archived in a Barracuda Message Archiver appliance, so that isn't an issue. The issue is that the user isn't following the instructions in the document and I would like to provide the user a calculation of how much of their mailbox diskspace they can reduce by following the instructions to the letter.
Direction would be greatly appreciated!
EDIT: I found an add-in made by CodeTwo called Outlook Export that is free and works wonderfully! http://www.codetwo.com/freeware/outlook-export/
