MPCHC Settings Help

Hey guys, I thought I had everything all figured out, but I apparently have no clue what I am doing.
I was recently using the built in HD decoding of a core i3 but did not care for it so I went out and bought a radeon 5450 instead, it can at least do 24p and proper bitstreaming.

I installed the 5450 and installed the latest ati/amd drivers and software.

I am running win7 64 bit along with mpchc 32bit.

Now in mpchc i get really bad stuttering on certain videos, i think it may have something to do with dxva?

Where can I find a proper walkthrough for setting up mpchc and all the associated codecs and internal/external codecs?

I don't have any codec packs installed. All I have installed is directx, haali media splitter, .net 4 framework and ffdshow and realtek ati hdmi audio drivers for bitstreaming.

From the above list am I missing anything?

In mpchc under internal filters > transform filters, I have everything checked except for 'vc1 (ffmpeg)' and 'h264/avf (ffmpeg)'.

Under external filters list I have ffdshow audio set to prefer and then I have a few video decoders set to block (ffdshow video, microsoft dvd-dtv video).

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I can't find a good thorough howto anywhere, most sites just discuss the settings under playback >output. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that's what i originally used and had issues.
I actually resolved my problems, I unclicked all of the internal transform filters except for the 3 dxva filters and everything works good now.
