MP3Gain

ReplayGain is a more optimal solution if your playback chain supports it, and since it's tag-based, you can switch it off and on (like Apple's SoundCheck). If you have devices that don't support it, though, MP3Gain is a good solution.

And, yes, before everyone starts freaking out, MP3Gain is lossless.
 
Used it. It does what it says on the tin. Of course, it's probably better to handle this when you rip...
