mp3 player help

I'm looking to get an mp3 player. I don't wanna spend more than 150-200$. I was thinking of going with solid state memory instead of HD kind as well; from what i understand HD is alot less durable and more likely to get damaged on a fall(think about it). So something with stock 512mb+ and expandable memory to 1gb. If anyone owns an mp3 player, or knows about them, please give me some tips, suggestions, and recommendations

that looks like it would fit the bill - 512mb onboard, SD expandable, FM tuner, usb2.0

but, i have never heard of this brand/model. Anyone know anything about it?? or anyone know an mp3 player just like it,but another brand?

p.s.s I remember there was some mp3 player out there with about 4gb, but it was solid state, anyone know what im talking about?
