Is there a way to change the license to purchased music? For instance, is there a way to change my music from being shared over a network and still burned to a CD, or change the times the mp3s can be transferred multiple times? Thanks

The mp3 format has no provision for licensing. They are not restricted in any way, which is why it's not the recording industry's preferred format.

You must be referring to another format.

Ok sorry i just doublechecked and found out they were actually WMA...is there any way to change the licensing on those?
