I have this HP 754n http://h20015.www2.hp.com/hub_search/document.jhtml?lc=en&docName=bph08026 thats the link to the mobo info so anyway anyone know a good case under 100 bucks?

Im worried as to if the mobo will go in right. I was lookin at mobos on newegg and the screws seemed to be in the same place as the newer ones. Im running my 9500pro with only 200watts no problems but im getin get the HIS9800pro ice soon and I wanna get rid of this case and get a new one with a nice ps.

Any full-sized ATX board will do. Raidmax cases seem to be pretty nice and decent quality. Whatever you get, go for a full ATX case, so you can always upgrade to an ATX board from the mATX one you have right now.

The Antec Sonata can be had for $95 right now on Newegg, or Fry's has a rebate deal for $80+ tax. Nice quiet moddable case.

The title of this thread made me think of a Hermit Crab....

You can also look at the Antec 3700AMB or 3700BQE...they are good moddable cases and are getting cheaper (even come w/350w Antec PSU). I paid $70 shipped from directron.com for mine a while back.
