moving Temporary Internet Files does not work?

how many of you use the Setting tab on Internet option, and move your temporary internet files to another location, and windows reset that setting and won't let you?

Can't say I have had that problem. I used a RAMDisk for a short while and moved it and never had a problem with it. As long as you are moving it to a valid location it should work. I assume you logged off and then back on? It does require that if you haven't, but since it prompts for that I assume you already have.

I got it to work on my computer. It's been working for a few months. But I done the very same procedure prior, it does not work, it default back to whatever the file location is in Drive C

and yeah, like you, I dump it to a ram drive
