Moving mouse in IE 9 makes Youtube hesitate?

I just installed IE9 yesterday and while watching some Youtube videos noticed hat everytime I moved the mouse it caused the video to hesitate. Anyone else have this happening to them?

EDIT: Now that I think about it Flash updated itself yesterday and that is when I started to notice this.

Can you revert flash to previous version? Sounds like it may be a driver issue, maybe try removing mouse drivers and using standard MS ones to see if problem resides?

Could be an issue with the hardware acceleration of IE9 and the hardware acceleration of Flash conflicting with each other... while it might not actually help in this particular situation, you might consider checking to see if the video drivers for your GPU have had a recent update (if they're not at the latest at this time).
