I bet the Realtor has not had someone with so much interest in the panel board other than a home inspector in quite some time. Did they ask you any questions on what you would be farming indoors there?

if your going to be running electrical i would run 240v outlets instead of going too crazy with the current @110v.... your power supplies should run it without issue and then your loosing less current due to resistance in the wire (plus with the price of copper you can run thinner wire! or less circuits)
