Moving an IPB 2.3.5 to new host

So I'm trying to move my IPB forum to a new host. I exported the database and I download all my forum files. Now I have uploaded my files, but when I upload the database i get an error in phpmyadmin on the new host. Says Create schema nightmare, CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS nightmare. Then MYSQL says Access Denied for user. How can I change the nightmare_ prefix on the database or allow the database to be uploaded?
