Move 4 Disk Raid From Expander to Adapter

Has anyone ever had to move a raid set connected to an Intel RES2SV240 expander (which is connected to an LSI 9260-4i) to directly on the raid adapter itself (LSI 9260-4i). Does it seem possible to import the configuration?

You should be able to move the set directly to the controller with no issues as long as it is not a dual ported setup, otherwise you need to make a change in the card firmware setup bios.
