I've had Everglide, func 1030, and RatpadzGS and the RatpadzGS has been the best for the money. They are all plastic pads, and wear out over time (i.e. the textured surface will get worn down until its smoother in some spots than in others creating an inconsistent feel) but at least there's a lot of surface area with the Rat and they are cheap enough where you can afford to replace it every now and then with a new one.

I hear the Steelpad 4d is a pretty nice pad. I think it is $30+ though.

Oh yeah, and remember, the Steelpad 4d is PLASTIC too, so it'll eventually wear out too. The 4s isn't steel either, like the name seems to imply, but it is aluminum, so that should last for quite some time; though it is a completely flat surface devoid of any texture, so you have to weigh if you like that or not.

i had a ratzpadGS and i currently use a fUnc 1030 and i personally like the fUnc becuase it doesnt move around as much. the ratzpad is deffinitly bigger, but it slips around so much. but for the price the fUnc is, it almost seems like ur getting robbed.

dkt and funcpads are so much better. or just get the big supermat.
