I currently have a MX700. It was the most amazing wireless mouse back in the day, 800 dpi, but I'm looking to get a new one.
I was looking at the G5 or the MX518. Will I notice any increase in performance? I know the G5 and the MX518 can run up to 1600 dpi and 2000 dpi respectively, but will I really notice enough difference to warrant a new $50 mouse?
I also have a Ratpadz GS. I heard somewhere that the G5s dont like black mousepads. Is this true?
