Mouse stopped working

Hi guys my mouse stopped working after sp3 was installed on windows xp professional any ideas?

Try a different one or try a different USB port.

Had a similar prob when installing vista for a friend. Mounse worked fine for about 30 min, then in tried to install a driver for it. And it wouldn't work after that. I got it to work after trying a usb to SP1 <sp?> adaptor.
