Mouse question.

Alright, I got a little question. I have an MX700 and I love it but during games (pretty much any game), either button seems to stick a bit. I can't feel it stick but sometimes it won't recognize that I pressed either button or it'll think I'm still holding down the button. This doesn't seem to happen while I'm doing general computer use. I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem or has any thoughts.

I have an MX700 also and my best guess would be to remove the mouse in the "add/remove hardware" section and then go to Logitech's website and download the newest drivers and see if that takes care of the problem.

How long have you had the mouse for? It could also just be getting old...but hey, thats an excuse to get the MX1000.

i had a similar problem with my keyboard on an old logitech wireless keyboard/mouse (replaced by my logitech mx900 and bluetooth keyboard to match the mouse) try updating your drivers, it was doing that for me with the new keyboard/mouse the first week i had it, along with the media keys not working with winamp, they may have a fix for it on the logitech website.

Thanx a lot. I'll definately try and update the drivers. Hopefully that'll solve my problem (heh, got a LAN party coming up and I'd hate to have to get back into using cords ). I have had my MX700 for quite a while so maybe the MX1000 is up my alley. heh.. I need some more money first.
