I have a Logitech MX300 mouse. It has a little extra button on there that you can set for various things. I have been using it as minamize all. Now it changes to "back" just a little while after i set it to minamize all. If I just open the mouse settings in the control panel then it will set it back to min. all like I want it, but I have to keep doing that all day, which is really annoying. Anyway, do you guys know anything that could fix this. I did buy the mouse refurbished, which I'm sure has something to do with it. I bought 2 refurbished ones at one time for me and my brother, and my brother's is still working like it should.

Make sure you have the latest drivers. If you do, reinstall the drivers.

i already tried reinstalling the drivers that came w/ the mouse. now i'm getting the newest ones though. hope it works.

Yeah I think the new drivers fixed it. I knew I should have done that. I have a bad habit of posting before I try what I think I should do first. :(

eek, now i can't press the scroll wheel button to bring up the arrows so I can just move my mouse below or above it to scroll. It works fine on IE, but not in Firefox, and I use Firefox 99.99% of the time. :(

iha, the scrolls won't work in FireFox if you use Logitech's software. It's best to NOT use it (uninstall that software). I don't have mine installed. It works fine with all the buttons usable (I use 510). Maybe it will be fixed if you uninstall it.

A little OT but IIRC, I read somewhere that if you use windows default drivers, the dpi is set to 400. If you use the Logitech drivers, it will enable it to 800dpi which is what your mouse is capable of.
