i have microsoft basic optical mouse.i have a problem with the scroll wheel.
sometimes it works sometimes it does not.
i cannot go to my vendor also as it might work out there.
i tried connecting to both USB and PS/2 ports but i am facing the same problem.
i have win XP with SP 2as my os.
 
i cannot take it apart since there are no screws and secondly my warranty might go
