Have an antique computer here, P200 (mmx!), win95.
It's got a wheel mouse, about 5 years old.
Computer goes to sleep, wakes up, mouse will not work. Computers not frozen, mouse isn't broken, just it's stopped talking to the pointer on the screen. Restart computer and it's fine.
Happens every time it goes to sleep nowdays. Short of not letting it sleep and sit there 24/7 chewing full power, any solution?
Can't format or anything of the sort- it's 7 years old and all the drivers came on floppy, all of which are long dead
