mouse/keyboard-usb or ps2 when Oc'ing

Wondering if OC'ing affects the operation of mouse/keyboard connected to ps2. Reason I ask is I've noticed since I OC'd that my mouse can be jumpy or maybe a better description is it acts sticky when moving over menu selections in some games. No problem when actually in game.

Nforce 3 board with PCI locked @ 67. FSB @ 240.
