Mouse issue, GPU??

I am having an issue here, If I hold the mouse over my taskbar where my icons are such as CCC and volume, my mouse pointer has a bad flickers and crap, only in that spot though. I am wondering if anyone else is having that problem. It started after I got my 6870 and I tried diffrent drivers. Let me know if anyone else has this issue?

It does not do it when windows first starts either. It seems if I oc my gpu it starts to do it, These drivers could be buggy. Not really sure.

Do you happen to have another mouse you can try? Are you using Wired/Wireless or USB/Ps2? Does this occur in safe mode?
 
I tried a diffrent mouse, it only happens when I oc the 6870, I am sure its a driver issue. The 6870 are new so the drivers are still not up to par.

It has been reported by others as well. Happens even when I use my stock profile so I think it's a driver issue. I haven't taken the time to isolate the real cause since I remember reading someone said it could be related to Afterburner. That's all I know for now. I'll probably let others resolve the issue for me since it doesn't bother me that much.
