Mouse double-click stopped working

So I let a friend use my comp for a few mins today, and now double-clicks in windows don't work. The mouse still selects things, but it won't open programs etc. anymore. I'm using a razer diamondback btw, with windows xp pro.
 
We're the smartest lot on the [H] forums, so logically he would come ask the residence of the game forum. :)
