I can probably pick up something from a hardware store but I'm looking for some spacers to mount something to the case.
Basically I need a reservior a few cm's, (half and inch) away form the case. I've seen someone do this before with a fan/radiator and with a power supply in one of the worklogs.

The reservoir has to be away from the case so the tubes (at the bottom of my diagram) can fit through the predrilled tube holes.
Now I have the bracket to connect the the case, but I need some spacers. Like I said, I can probably get something from a hardware, but there is something around specifically for this that I've seen before.

Any ideas on the thread I'm talking about, or a link to a store?

ah, i see, very cool. but you might wanto go this route.
