Mounting monitors without bezels

Has anyone tried this? Remove the plastic bezel around the display panel. The reason I'm looking into this is so 3-5 panels can be mounted next to each other with as little gap between active display. I've seen some pages where people do this but some don't mention the monitor or how they get the mounting bracket to attach. Some displays are totally different when they are taken apart with the electronics in a separate housing (some use power bricks for AC conversion giving a very slim panel) and some have the electronics mounted to the panel bracket in some way.

I would think that laptop displays would work well as they have 2 connections, power and signal, but they are not available in the size I want.

I'd like to get a mounting bracket that will fit 3 23-24" monitors and if anyone has any suggestions, I'd like to hear them.

So has anyone tried this?

sooo... you just want someone to link you a google'd 'how to debezel a monitor' guide?
