Mounting an Eheim 1250 Pump

Currently setting up a coolermaster S4000 E-ATX case with my BIXIII in the E-ATX area of the case, I cant seem to find a suitable location for the pump. If it goes inside its gona block some of the exhaust airflow next the the PSU, two options:

1) sell it and get the swiftech 655 (unproven reliability though?).
2) mount it outside (maybe ugly?)

If its outside where exactly would be the best possition and orientation for maximum performance without degrading the flowrate. Keep in mind the case has been inverted (literally turned upside down and the case feet drilled though the other side, also the drive cages/door rotated for correctness).

3x 5/1/4" bays only available on the S4000 with 2 allready allocated to DUAL DVD burners.
 
Doesn't matter where you put the pump if you are going to put it outside the case. Try and be more creative on your pump location. How about someplace in the case sideways or upside down?

Pics of the fan cage, this orginally would hold 5 x 3.5" drives however they were so close together (1-2mm spacing) that they wouldnt have any airflow over them, what coolermaster was thinking is beyond me.






The new drive cage which holds six HD's evenly spaced(also vibration dampened), the bottom three are directly in front of the 120mm fan, the top three have air pulled across them using the radiator fans.
