mounting a water cooling pump HELP

Hi.

I have cylindrical (word?) pump thats about 4" tall and a 5" diameter. Its has dual internal pumps and a reservoir in the unit. My problem is I cant figure out how i should mount a pump of its form to my case (im planning on permantly mounting it somewhere below the AGP and around the bottom PCI slots), but i was thinking about using some kind of tension clip like you might find on a traditional hs/f to hold on the heatsink. problem is i have no idea how i would fabricate a clip like that to hold it on. one problem is theres no real tabs or wings on it that i could possibly screw through for attaching supports.

any help or good idea's that i could actually perform would be really appreciated.

ok, so i got some pictures of it. not the best pictures but it should help to understand exactly what im trying to mount.

hope that helps. so far the favored idea is to apply a few strips of velcro to the bottom of it and my case in a bulls eye pattern, as I'm sure that would actually hold it down pretty well. Bad part about that is slightly ghetto, hard to remove, and i dont have any.

thanks for your idea's though mike, but im not sure im looking for a purchasable solution (unless its buying modding ingredients :D )

Whoops!! You said diameter, I thought circumference. Yeah those ideas I had aren't going to fit.

One idea then that might be closer to what you asked for might be something similar to a automotive battery tie down.

Here's a quick photoshop sketch of something that might work:

Sort of heavy duty, but it would be fun to make. Just need some long bolts, 4 holes in the bottom of your case, some wingnuts, and a couple pieces of hacksawed metal.

In the very least, it would be totally secure :)
