Mounting A 1U Chassis

What is the easiest way to mount up multiple 1U Rackmount Chassis? The front panel isn't strong enough to hold the weight of the chassis, I was thinking a rail kit possibly? Maybe a 4 post rack? What are your suggestions? Pictures?

4 post open rack or enclosed 4 post rack. A rail kit may work but the whole thing is going to be horribly off balance if all you are using is a two post rack.

You can get brackets for most 1u cases that allows you to center mount the case on a two post rack. But your best bet is to get rails (you will still need to center mount them if you are wanting to mount on a two post rack.

Center mount two-post rack kit or four-post rack kit will do it for you.

It is not the weight, it is the difficulty of servicing especally when the server is at the bottom of the pile

Do you know if those work with SGI rackmount cases? Also can they be centermounted?

Yeah, I speak from experience It was the time I really wished I had invested in a proper setup.

But it is a good idea for a budget concious person.
