Mount and Blade Series

I have been playing these games for about 10 months now and I love them. I just wish they had the capabilities to expand the graphics and functionality of the games. I have never had so much fun on games that cost so little and have such weak graphics. I'm curious to see if any other members like these games.

If you want better graphics check out some of the mods on their forums. People have been doing really nice things with the mods with this game series.

yeah I am aware of that, some of the mods are straight amazing. I just wish the developer could hit a wider audience. They have a good formula going for their games and they are expanding on it well with each release.

Yeah, I've killed countless hours on it. Best combat of any game, with no close second. Well I heard of an old one that might be in competition for the combat crown.

Oblivion with Duke Patrick's Melee Combat and Combat Archery is pretty amazing but for native combat systems Mount and Blade is by far one of the best.
