Mount and Blade 5.00 again, this time of Impulse

Good game...waiting for the expansion to maybe dust it off and play it again.
 
It's not a bad game but it severely lacks polish. I probably played it for about 80 hours though. Worth 5$ for sure.
 
Momma always said it's wise to avoid impulse purchases. :p

J/K I might have to pick this up...I missed the Steam sale and thought the demo was pretty neat.
 
I haven't played it all that much(excluding the 14hrs straight I played it right after buying it) but I'd still say it's worth 5$ for the horse combat alone. Archery on horseback is something new to me(in video games) and it's very fun. Grabbing a sword and slicing people's heads off is even more fun, in a sick sort of way. Think Morrowind/Oblivion type combat that doesn't suck.
 
its a fun game for a great price...its no mass effect 2 or anything but is still great

and get the mods where you can increase battle sizes, they can really tax a computer if they get high enough
