I dont know where to post this but I need help. I have a motorola t720 phone using cingular wireless. It says I'm connected to the internet and I can't get it to disconnect. Meanwhile... i'm watching the charges go up on my account page. Anyone know how to disconnect?!?! Thanks!

yea... we turned it off and back on... and i think she tried taking out the battery. I'll have to ask about that. It keeps connecting though. I know my phone has a setting to "disconnect when not in use" but I have no clue where it is on hers. On a good note tho... I don't think she's being charged for anything. I believe I was looking at the wrong thing earlier. Ah well... if anyone knows what to do, I appreciate the help. Thanks!

Call Cingular and tell them about it, so you don't get charged. Verizon has had a ton of problems with that phone, which explains why the ushered at the 730s as soon as they could. My fiancee is still using my T720 and she has some problems off and on. Makes me glad I shelled out the cash for the Samsung Smartphone.

Shouldn't this be in mobile computing?

Anyways, yeah, the T720 is known to having tons of problems. I myself have a Nokia 3589 that probably has an equal amount of problems (I have T-Mobile  ), and hopefully soon enough I'll finally get the balls to switch back over to Verizon.
