You ever notice that most computer enthusiasts are jaded to this kind of stuff but the average joe is WOWED by it? How many times have you had an average non-tech person see your watercooled, Crossfire / SLI / multimonitor PC and crap their pants?

Regular people really eat up motion controlled / touch screen stuff....(which explains the popularity of the iPhone / Wii) while tech savvy folks are like "meh." :D
 
haha i have a friend who is pretty much into turbocharging cars and he came over and saw my phasechange setup and was like, "IS THAT A PRESSURE PIPE!!?"
 
I hope those things are built like tanks. Average person will beat the crap out of that sucker.
 
You could do that with just about any device that had an accelerometer...

Question is; how much does it cost?

Lol? Didn't Sony Erricson W910i ever reach the U.S. market? It can do that without having to hit it? My father has that cell for 1.5yrs. Correct me if I am wrong but a motion controlled MP3 can be made for every cell with an acceleration meter.
 
Ok, I am looking for a device like this, i.e. tiny portable battery powered MP3 player with built in speaker/s. Most of the adapters for traditional MP3 players are too bulky and cumbersome.

I want something I can take with me to the gym without headphones; I have tinnitus and as such am not keen on wearing headphones. For those wondering; I work an off-shift and the gym is empty while I use it, so I wouldn't be disturbing other gym goers.
