i have a m2n32 sli deluxe and i think it may be crapping out on me, after a restart windows will fail to load ( goes to window logo with loading bar but never loads), or load and freeze and few hours later, sum times the sound card will stop working ( which is the case as i type this) but works at startup. the only fix to kill the power for and hour or more then everything boots fine. did find a bad stick of ram and a bad hard drive but its still freezing and lost of sound makes me think MB. any suggestions?
 
Might want to suspect the Power Supply at this point also. Guy at work was having flaky (what we thought) were MOBO issues on the home computer, but then it looked like a HD went bad and additional Memory issues,...... and it turned out to be the Power Supply.

Could it be a heat issue- either with the proc/board or with the PS, since it's fine at startup????
