Motherboard Recommendations?

I'm in the market for a new motherboard for my server. I'm currently looking at getting either a DQ57TM or a DH55TC depending on availability and price, however I was wondering if anyone knew of any other/better options for a server system. The new system is intended to be a regular file server, as well as a virtualization testbed for a few operating systems. My main requirements for the system are:

- low power consumption, as it will be online often
- virtualization support (VT-D preferred)
- onboard graphics
- at least one pci-e slot to accomodate my current RAID card.

My budget would ideally be less than $200 per component. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
