I have a free QX9650 and I am looking for a compatable motherboard to upgrade my system. I have a fairly recent PC so at this time I am looking to upgrade as little as possible. I do however want a DDR3 compatible motherboard but looking to keep the price under 200$. I slightly overclock nothing crazy and I dont push the temps too high since I am only interested in air cooling.

Asus P5n32-e SLI Plus
E6700
Zalmann 9700 CPU cooler
Crucial Ballistix 6400 memory 1GB X 2 (I will upgrade if needed)
8800GTS Video card
Need 1 PATA Port for my DVD drives
3 SATA HD's
Creative X-fi Extreeme gamer sound card
Antec 900 case
Xclio 750w PS
Floppy drive for Raid setup
