In my opinion the only motherboards that have usable raid5 in windows are Intel based boards for any of the i series processors (ICH10R). If you are looking for raid 0, 1 or 10 you will have more options.

2 drives raid 1. I am trying to stay around $400

any ich10r motherboard with raid capabilities will be okay with raid1

look for the other features and post the board here and someone can verify if the raid 1 will be okay
