motherboard missing components

hope i'll get an answer from guys here
just bought a used maximus vi impact, a few of the components on the board seem wierd to me

i checked ocaholics gallery and see that the green parts T160 should be covered with the little black piece P260 or P110
anyone can tell me what that part is and what is the consequence of the black cover being removed?
also, in the first pic, under the green component, there is an empty space that fits seem to have a black rectangular part that says 220 359PZ

I would not worry about this and I doubt anything is wrong. I don't think anything is missing.
My guess is that your board just has different looking parts that perform the same.
Motherboard companies probably make small changes like this for various reasons as time goes on.
Your board looks very close to, or the same, as the board tested at Anandtech.

different board revisions, different LAN controller, different sound controller, different sata controller, different whatever, etc etc can lead to slightly different motherboards. unless theres broken solder joints i wouldnt worry at all.
