Processor: Phenom II x6 1075T

The motherboards that I shortlisted:
1. Asus M5A97
2. Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
3. ASUS M5A88-V EVO

Max available budget for motherboard: $110 (if mobo have iGPU, if not then max $95 cause in that case a cheap gpu is needed.)

Another imp part: No OC, absolutely no OC.

ATX board preferred.
Cause: I hate mATX board in a mid tower case, looks tiny.

Help!

P.S. reliability of the board must be good enough to run at least 3 years.

I would get either one or two, Have a evo board that has had a lot of problems.

Never had any problems with gigabytes boards. My new asus is a little buggy and the south bridge cooler pop'ed off on its own.

I have a MATX board in a full tower case :D its extra tiny.

Also worth mentioning that asus has taken and repaired my board every time.

Unfortunately, all of your best options with on board video are mATX. The $100 970 boards you found are your best ATX choices but you will break your budget with a GPU.

edit: have you considered selling that CPU and swapping platforms to a newer CPU with IGP? That CPU still has a fair amount of value as an upgrade for current AM3 board owners. Since you clearly aren't gaming with a discrete GPU, you can probably find better value options than buying a mobo and GPU just to re-use that CPU.

I am running a 1055t on a Gigabyte GA890xa-ud3 and just love the board. In my opinion Gigabyte makes some of the best AMD boards out there.

My gigabyte is a decent ocer. Can do around 280ish fsb.
BIOS has a lot of options and its rock solid stable.
