Motherboard choice

I'm getting ready to build a new rig

I'm planning an e6600/2 gigs of ddr800/ a 7950gt (already have this) which will be upgraded to either an 8800 or a r600

all of this will be going into a Lian Li A05 case

Now for the Motherboard, I'm torn, was thinking either a Nvidia 650i (asus or abit) or something like a DS3. Any advice? Not sure how much I'll be overclocking, but I'd like the ability to do so.

If your looking the 650i route I just got the email today saying the eVGA one will be out next week, just food for thought.
