motherboard + case/psu

Yeah that mobo will work with the case. Your question boils down into the often asked question of,"Will a microATX mobo fit in an ATX case." To put it simply, yes, it will work. If I have misinterpreted your question, then correct me.
 
yup it will fit. Cool beans too on the case with the 120 fan in back and the antec....cool beans indeed. :D
