Motherboard and Proc choice

I am thinking of either going with

Choice A:
Asus K8V SE Deluxe ( via ) w/ Athlon 64 3200 for ~$330

Choice B:
Asus K8V E Deluxe ( Nforce3 ) w/ Althon 64 3200 ~$350

Choice C:
Asus P5AD2 Premium w/ P4 3.4 ($motherboard + $455 proc)

I am thinking either A or B since they are much cheaper solutions and I already have DDR ram and an AGP Graphics card.

However C has pci express and ddr2 and I would have to buy a new graphics card and memory, but I would have those options.

If I go A or B should I go with the VIA or the NForce3 chipset? Or should I go with option C? Is the pci express and ddr2 going to be really worth it down the road?

Have another/better motherboard suggestion?
