Most powerful wifi antenna?

Is there any wifi antenna that can pick up a signal at say the 4th floor of a concrete building with the source being on the first floor?

um, not really.
That's a lot of distance/thickness to cover using wifi.
do you have access to a window where you could aim the signal up the outside of the building?

yeah three floors of concrete will really ruin the signal...Why not wire the thing?

I have used some D-link antenna's before, but sure what model they were... Likes other stated, 3 floors of concrete... going to be hard for anything to get threw that, Maybe look into running some cable?

Sure, mount each antenna on the outside of the building on each floor and point them at each other.

I've done 3x floors on a concrete building..utilizing the stairwell...else if you don't have that function, I'd look at running CAT, or utilizing powerline bridges..depending on your AC circuits.
