Of all the Celerons.

Which is the most,
energy efficient ?
AND cheap ?
AND capable of running strictly just as a NAS server ?
AND capable of handling a minimum of 5 HDDs non-RAIDed and 2 HDDs in RAID1
 
as for 1,2,3,5: the cheapest one you can find, probably a 310 or something like that

as for 4, i dont have the slightest clue what kind of cpu load a nas server has
 
just about any decent cpu can handle a nas with as many hard drives as you can throw at it as long as there is no raid (or the raid is offloaded)

Well there is going to be RAID1 for 2 HDDs.
 
Raid 1 will be fine, but if you were going to use Raid 1+0 or Raid 5, you'd see a serious performance hit.
