I'm thinking of moving my RAID5 array to a seperate system and would like a PSU that is extremely efficient to save on electricity costs.

System will look something like this:

the lowest energy using LGA 775 chip I can find
8 x Seagate 7200.10 hard drives
Highpoint 2320
boot drive?
probably 1GB of DDR2
 
Seasonic S12 600 or an HX620 would cut the pie.
