Most bandwidth for 2.5V?

I'm getting an SN45G. Normaly they go up to 2.7vdimm, but the V.2 will die if you bump it past the default 2.5v.

I'd like to be able to have speeds aroud PC3700-PC4000 with timings that aren't as loose as... :p

Anyway, if you know any fast ram that is default at 2.5V let me know if it even exists. If not, how much fsb would I loose or how much looser will the timings have to go if say I got PC3700 that was default at 2.7V having to run it at 2.5?
