more upgrades

i currently have the water cooling from a thermaltake armour LCS.
However I am going to be upgrading it in several ways in the coming months but want to run it past the 'pros' first.
1st question, is my pump powerful enough?

2nd: how would you fill this sort of res (http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=2737&cat=550&page=1)
i already have a res which i would keep, which has a fill hole. would filling one fill the other?
3rd would this rad (http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=2971&cat=541&page=1) with 6x120mm fans be enough to cool a C2D e660 @3.6/3.8ghz and a highly overclocked 8800gtx?
4th can you use any liquid in the system? i'm thinking of a colour mix of red and green!!

Not sure, maybe. My Laing D5 pumps 1200LPH, yours pumps 500LPH, so roughly half the power of mine, and my pump is fairly powerful.

Yes, will provide more than enough cooling.

I wouldn't do that, I recommend using distilled water, pentosin and a couple of drops of the PT Nuke.

ok. thanks. ill just stick to Tt liquid even though it seems to leave small white powder in the tubes. but its only minor.

Get an MCP655 or a modded 355 with the special top (at petras tech shop).

It's a great idea phasing out the TT stuff.

Not really needed, I have a Swiftech MCRES Micro and its more than enough for my CPU and GPU.

I would recommend the Laing D5, you wont need to upgrade for a LONG time if you get one, definietely worth the money. http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=2837&cat=537&page=1

That pump is actually pretty cheap considering how powerful it is, other 600LPH pumps will cost you 60+ euros, and the D5 pumps 1200LPH and has 10 feet if head.

There is a little red thing on the back that you turn, it has 5 speeds. I use the 4th speed on my loop, it's still very quiet.

It's actually 1200LPH, and yes it can, remember it has speed settings, so you could set it at its lowest and it'd be fine, I'd recommend setting 3 or 4.

ok. well ill only be using the Tt block for a while. hoping for an EK block at some point. last question to anyone with an EK gfx block. do u simply skrew in ure barbs? coz specialtech dont let you choose. but i've seen that is supports sli so u can skrew the barbs in from both side so how do yu stop it leaking?

Yes, just screw em in, and yes you can screw in barbs from both sides, they have little metal plugs that screw in to keep the other side from leaking.
