More turmoil!

In my head before clicking the link, I was thinking "is it going to be about China or Gox?" :p
 
This will do no such thing. It's about Gox and not exactly welcome news. Just think... after Gox fails, wouldn't all you want is your BTC returned to you, or even a part of it if that's all you could get? But instead, comes some song and dance sales pitch that now makes you part owner in the "New Gox" which, if I guess correctly, will not be as well received as the old Gox (prior to its ultimate fail and subsequent demise). So now you not only walk away empty handed, you are part owner of a not-yet-existing company that will most likely fail again... especially if Mark Krapelles (yes I spelled his name wrong on purpose) is able to get his fat ass fingers on it again.

So, no, the price of BTC isn't going up because of this news.
