Wow...I purchased an A64 3200 and K8N for mywork rig. I was not expecting much of an oc, maybe 2.2 or 3. I hit 2.6 no problem on air. I could only get my A64 3500 to 2.6 on my Mach II. What a great little chip this is! :p Anyway, I know many of you have seen tons of threads like this. Just sharing my exp. :)

I only paid $170 for the setup. Well worth the $.

very ncie overclock. those 754 processors are a real surprise huh? even the 2800+'s ar doing 2.5ghz on air. with water, ill be punching mine to the 2.6-7ghz range.

Comming from a Sempron at 1.6  ..I am very happy :D

Now if I could just get this damn 6600GT to run with the setup. It will run on all the other rigs here, but I jsut get a blank screen when trying in this one...running on a damn Ti4200 right now.. :(

if your looking for a cheap mobo to replace that K8N with, you could get a chaintech vnf3-250 for 55 bcks shipped from chiefvalue, and it will work with that 6600gt.

The 6600GT is AGP. It should work just fine. It works in all the other rigs here.

The Ti4200 runs perfect in it, and I tried a 5200 and that is fine, too. SO the AGP is not messed up or anything. It is jsut this card and this mobo..guess they just dont like one another. ;) I am going to RMA the card and see if a new one helps. I cant live with the 4200 for much longer.
