More Power Needed?

My current system, see sig, has been up and running for 10 months no problems, except for a dead ram stick.
I have two 12v pumps pushing/pulling my coolant through my 4 water blocks and 2 rads. I was wondering if I added 4 500gb HDs to my system would I require more power? I also have 6 12cm vantec stealth fans cooling my components.

The 4 HDs would be:
4 x Hitachi Deskstar T7K500 500GB SATA2 7200RPM 16MB 8.5MS

Naaa, your rig doesn't require more power. With your current PSU you're good to go.

Thanks guys, good to know. Just thought I'd run it past the xperts here first. :D
I think I might go with 2 1TB drives from Hitachi due to the lack of sata ports on my mobo and the need for a raid card.

Hi,

I dunno, 2 video cards, 2 pumps and 6 hard drives along with your other gear might be pushing it a bit.

From ATI for the X1950 cards:

"For CrossFire™: 550 watt power supply or greater, 38 Amps on 12 volt rail (assumes fully loaded system)"

That doesn't take your pumps, extra accessories and hard drives into consideration. I'd be inclined to recommend a larger PSU to be safe. Things can get ugly when you get close to the limits.

actually hes perfectly fine, with dual video cards, 4 hdds, water pumps and all the other stuff his system will be about ~550W at 100% load the corsair 620hx is more then capable of handling that.

QFT. :)

I don't think his rig consumes 550w. Besides, I would never run a PSU a more than 75% of it's capacity for any considerable length of time.

Well its just an estimate and like i said its at 100% load:
2x 1950xtx = 240W
oced cpu ~120W
4x hdd = 50-60W

thats over 400W right there
