More Lawsuits for Apple?

We had reported yesterday that Apple may be looking at a lawsuit for creating an illegal monopoly over the iPod/iTunes link, but according to Cnet, this may be the tip of the iceberg.

Another lawsuit mentioned in the story "alleges that the logic board of Apple's iBook G4 fails at an abnormally high rate."

So we are sueing because the G4 logic board has a high rate of failure?

Does that mean I can sue Microsoft over a shitty OS called Windows ME that crashed at a very high rate?
